Submission Agreement

In exchange for ZenSearch.com's consideration of the site I am submitting, I agree:

• To be bound by the ZenSearch.com's Terms of Use.
• To waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of this or any other site in the ZenSearch.com Directory or to the title or description of any site appearing therein; and
• To grant ZenSearch.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, edit, modify, or make derivative works from my submission.
• To receive periodic email announcements from ZenSearch.com.

I further acknowledge that:

• ZenSearch.com has full discretion to determine my site's placement in the Directory and that it is subject to change or deletion at any time without the need for prior notice.
• There is no guarantee that my site will be listed in the ZenSearch Directory.

I have read and understood the aforementioned guidelines, and I am now ready to submit my site
